Introduction
This ship suit river reservoir shadowing sea (waves less)and follow water area operation requirements,that is Non-self-propelled dredger assembled the whole steel welded.
Main Principle:cutter suction dredger through the rotating reamer to dredge the soli from the river bottom or sea bottom, mixed with the mud, through the suction pipe to the suction pump body ,and then through the discharge pipe to the discharge area.During the working of the cutter suction dredger, the dredging, mud transport and mud discharge are all integrated, complete by itself and with high production efficiency.It is suitable for dredging inland lakes and coastal ports with low wind and flow.

1.How do you control the material quality before producing dredgers?
* Checking the Business License and Registration Certificate of Suppliers.
* Using calipers to test the thickness of steel plate.
* Using sclerometer to test the hardness of the steel plate.
2.How do you ensure the quality of pontoons welding
* After the completion of welding, clean up the welding slag on the surface, and check the welding status
by air pressure test or brush coating with kerosene.
3.Tell me your advantage of equipment Assembling
* All the equipments on the dredger should be well-know brand.
* Using three dial gauges to adjust the concentricity of engine, gearbox and pump.
* All the Hydraulic pipes are pickled three times.
4.May I cusmize my own dredger painting?
* Sure!
* All DINGKE Dredger construction parts are of shot blasted plate with shop primer.
Dredger after construction and assembly all rusty surfaces, welding spots and damaged shop primer
will be cleaned and coated with primer.
* The painting of machine parts, readily supplied by third parties will be cleaned and touched -up
in the original color.
* Color scheme according to owner's specification.
5.Do you have no-load test?
* Yes!
* All the main equipment, including Engine, Gearbox, Pump, Hydraulic system.
* Electric system, are tested for at least 2 hours in factory.
* All the suppliers of the main parts should be on the spot to solve any problem.
6.How do you insure the equipment is good before delivery?
* All the parts are marked before dismounting.
* All the small parts are put into packaging box with a packing list.
* All the big parts are fixed in the containers by wires .
* Before delivery, all the persons in charge should sign and make sure all the equipment are in good shape.
